In return they will need from the Senior Project Manager:
- Ideally chartered (MRICS or MCIOB)
- Proven success working for a construction consultancy in the UK
- Previous management experience
- Ideally seven plus years' experience in either residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects .
- Proven success working on projects from inception through to completion
- Client facing, highly professional, and a strong communicator verbally and in writing
- The ability to lead and motivate a strong team
