Job Description
Peace Recruitment is currently assisting a global real estate consultancy in their search for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing construction team in the North of England. This team expansion has arisen due to multiple successful tenders across a range of sectors, with a mix of both new build and refurbishment projects in the pipeline.
As part of a very well-respected organisation, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple projects across commercial, residential, industrial and public sectors. You will also have the chance to pass on your expert knowledge to less experienced team members within a mentor like role, and this will be beneficial if you are aiming to progress to Associate level.
Key Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

Resolving issues & understanding project challenges
-
Mapping project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
-
Excellent time management skills
-
Developing detailed project outlines & plans to guide clients through projects

Management of all relevant budgets, monitoring expenditure and costs, advising the client and internal stakeholders of any potential amendments
Requirements:
-
5+ years Project Management experience within a Construction consultancy environment is
essential
-
Experienced within the delivery of property projects across a variety of sectors, with any of the above-mentioned sector experience being an added bonus

A desire to further develop your career and assist more junior individuals

Concise verbal and written communication abilities
-
Chartered status is preferred, however not essential
On offer:

Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
