Our client is looking for a Senior PM to join their established capital projects team.

The university in question is about to start a large capital project (£20M) and needs to expand its senior team. The right candidate will come from a construction or building service PM background, they will have extensive experience in stakeholder management, as well as contractor management.
It's not essential, but a background in higher education, NHS or housing associations will be of great help. You will also need to be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
