We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our projects team and own the end-to-end management of high-impact product development and client implementation projects that align with our strategic objectives. Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Remote / Home Based / Occasional Travel Reports To: Head of Projects Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Hours Salary: Competitive (experience dependent) Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple strategic software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Lead and manage software implementation projects alongside the ROCC implementation team. Develop detailed project plans and project reports including functional deliverables, timelines, resource allocation and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product consultants, QA, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track. Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and techniques. Mentor and guide other team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ideal Qualifications and Experience Degree level education or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in software project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software development projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. PMP, CSM, Prince2 or equivalent certification / experience Jira, Github, Figma or equivalent tools
