Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
The Senior Project Manager:
- Proven experience in managing complex high-end residential builds, particularly in the Super Prime/Luxury sector.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within high-end residential construction.
- Demonstrable ability to lead high-performing teams, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams.
- Relevant construction qualifications, with a deep understanding of the latest industry standards and luxury design trends.
