Department Overview:
Our dedicated Project Management Team at RLB are responsible for overseeing projects through from the initial planning stages to completion & operation. Their main task is to break down projects into stages, taking responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality and risk of each stage of the project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships them.
We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Data Centres, Mixed Use, Infrastructure, Retail and Healthcare clients and projects. Our Project Managers work closely with our clients, advising them on legal, procurement, programme, statutory, risk, technical and financial matters that arise during the project.
Our London Project Management team has grown considerably over the past few years and now has almost 50 Project Managers and our staff retention rate is excellent due on ongoing commitment to provide our staff with a rewarding and enjoyable career.
The commercial team has an enviable client base working across New Build, Cut & Carve, Refurbishment and Fit Out projects. RLB prides itself on the volume of repeat work we receive from our clients, which shows our commitment to quality service and advice.
Overview of Role:
We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager with commercial consultancy experience to join a client focused team within the London office to help develop and drive our Commercial capability and reputation in the market, working on high profile projects throughout London and the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our team, working on a range of projects including New Build, Cut & Carve, Refurbishment and Fit Out projects. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management.
