Senior Property Litigation Lawyer
My client is a respected law firm in Nottinghamshire known for its commitment to excellence and reputation for dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of complex property litigation matters
- Acting on matters such as repossessions, boundary disputes, covenants and easements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods
- Assist junior team members with adhoc advice
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property litigation
- Strong advocacy skills with a track record in handling complex property litigation cases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
