OurnationalPropertyDisputeResolutionteamis one of the largest and most highly rated in the UK and we now have an opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join the team (office based or hybrid working).

What does theteamdo?


You'll be workingwithsome truly talented lawyers at all levels in a close knit team. Theteamadvise a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercialpropertydisputeresolutionandpropertymanagement. We have anenviableclient list, made up of landlords and tenants (with nationalportfolios),developersand investors, ranging fromsignificantpublic andquasi-publicsector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including telecoms, retail, energy, central and local government, charities and transport andinfrastructure.


You'll see yourself advising on a wide range of substantialcontentiouspropertymatters, including the ElectronicCommunicationsCode, landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals,dilapidationsand break notices) and generalpropertyissues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.


ThePropertyDisputesTeamworks very closelywithourtransactionalReal Estateteamso youwillhave theopportunityto develop strong ties across the practice, as well as access to quality work fromourexisting high calibre client list. What does the ideal candidate look like?


You'll need to be an experienced property litigation lawyer.You'll have an analytical mind and enjoy the intellectual challenge that this work presents.You'll need a strongacademicability,a thorough approach to complex legalanalysis and the ability to provide fluent and concise advice. A sense of pragmatism andacommercial outlook together with a collaborative approach to working with and supervising other members of the team will be vital.
