With over 30 years in the Property industry, and an eye watering £5 billion in assets, my client offers a unique opportunity to join their Property Management team, as a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Based in London and the West End, the portfolio is all commercial, owning over 60+ assets, prime multi let offices scaling up to 300,000 sq ft, valued in excess £300million+.
A business of this stature and assets of this nature will give you an unmatched level of exposure in areas outside of core day to day management, you’ll be frequently involved in:
- ESG
- Proptech
- Major projects work
- Placemaking
- Licenses to alter
- Leasing
You will be the new spark joining a current team of 8, in a beautiful office in the West End. My client offers a clear promotion pathway. Unique to my client there a several tiers within the business providing clear levels of progression.
My client is looking for a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Commercial Property Management (chartership is not required).
The package on offer for this role is industry leading, £69,500 inclusive of car allowance, 15% non-contributory pension, and a large annual bonus. You will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
