Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. The Role
The Gaming team at Trilitech has collaborated with other Tezos ecosystem entities to achieve several large, high-profile partnerships for the Tezos blockchain project. These include Manchester United and Ubisoft, along with high-potential ambitious startups such as Dogami and Tezotopia. As a Senior Publishing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our partnership with game developers.
Leading a team of integrators, community managers, and UA experts, you will guide developers through game design and integration, ensuring successful launches on the Tezos blockchain. Serving as the primary liaison with our development partners, you'll facilitate collaboration to deliver innovative games to a global audience.
What you’ll do
Providing comprehensive support and guidance to game developers on game design, focusing on creating compelling gameplay and meaningful integration of Tezos blockchain technology
Serving as the primary liaison between external developers and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication throughout game development
Leading a team of three (integration, community, and UA) to ensure successful game launches and seamless ongoing operations
Analysing post-launch game performances to enhance player experience and retention
Encouraging innovation in game development, leveraging Tezos blockchain features
Staying updated on gaming and blockchain trend to inform publishing strategy and support partners effectively
What you’ll need
Extensive experience in mobile game publishing, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing games (preferably in the mobile and/or blockchain space)
Deep understanding of the gaming market, with the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends
Visionary leadership qualities, adept at guiding teams and partners toward shared objectives in Tezos game development
Strong project management skills with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple game projects simultaneously
Skilled in data analysis for informed decision-making and strategy refinement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external developers
Familiarity with blockchain technology, particularly Tezos, and its relevance in gaming innovation
