London/Hybrid - 1-2 days a week in the office

We're currently recruiting a Senior Python Software Developer to play a senior and meaningful role digitising and modernising a market leading real estate business' approach to technology.
They're ideally looking for this hire to be a seasoned backend developer with cloud/Azure experience. They need someone who thrives in an autonomous and architectural environment as it’s a small team. Their current team is personable, low ego and cohesive.
Your core focus with be to advise and digitise their business processes. This will involve building upon and growing their internal portal, interacting their dashboards with their data warehouse to be more of a workflow driven application and encourage data driven decision making.
Their core tech stack consists of Python, Django, Azure and SQL among others.
Based in Central London, they operate a hybrid working model (usually 1-2 days max a week in the office) with some flexibility.
Experience Required
- Experienced Python Developer
- Experience building web applications with Django
- Broad knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and ability to consult on best practice
- Understanding of cloud architecture
- SQL - designing and optimising database schemas
