With a long established presence on a UK wide scale and a consistent order book this opportunity will appeal to a candidate looking for job security and a technical challenge.Role Description Develop and ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards – HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC & customer COP’s.Ensure compliance across all departments through regularly conducted internal auditsEnsure root cause analysis is undertaken across all departments to facilitate continuous improvement projects and working procedures.Assist with complaint investigations, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are takenAssist in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.Collect and provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports, using this to drive quality improvements across the site.Ensuring the positive food safety culture across siteSkills and Qualifications Previous experience working in a similar roleFMCG experience advantageousFood hygiene/HACCP qualification advantageous.Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to find areas for improvement.Problem solving skills.Able to make and communicate decisions.Company Information As a business our client is a market leading manufacturing company with a strong presence on both a UK and global scale.
