Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

£ - £ Per annum (expereince dependant).
Job Duties:
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs
Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control
Advising on legal and contractual issues
Assessing and minimising risk
Collaborating with project teams, clients, and suppliers
Preparing progress and financial reports
Required Qualifications:
Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Proven experience in a similar role
Education:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
RICS or open to working towards RICS
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
NEC 4 contract experience
Excellent numerical and financial management skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in relevant software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
RICS
Working Conditions:
Office-based with some site visits as required.
Full-time hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
Hybrid working 2 days per week.
