Do you have the ambition to build a recruitment business but lack the resources and business support functions to get off the ground?
At Connected, our three founders were in that exact spot 15 years ago. Today, we run a thriving, ISO2001-certified technology recruitment business and we’d like to offer our support and partnership to dynamic recruiters looking to take control of their careers.
We are looking for recruiters to create a compelling new proposition to complement our own, improving our range of services and client offer. Ideally, this means you are a specialist in the corporate services area – possibly HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement or Sales and Marketing.
We will help you build a new business, providing the business framework that we have built and sharing the experience we have gained, with the ultimate objective of you becoming Owner & Director of the business.
How would it work?
We will help you set up a business which will be jointly owned by you and Connected Consulting.
With the expertise we have built in our fifteen years of trading, we can ensure that you have the best possible chance of establishing and scaling a successful recruitment business in a very competitive timeframe.
We can provide the following services:
- Finance & Funding(to enable you to provide contractor and interim services)
- IT (Technology set-up and support)
- Telephony (set-up and support)
- Office location (if required)
- Branding & Marketing
- Legal advice and documentation(to include Contract reviews, Standard Terms of Business & RFI/Proposal completion support)
- HR advice and documentation
- Contractor On-boarding & Compliance Management
- Access to an established client base and database
