Job Description

  • Senior Recruitment Administrator
  • Up to £35,00 per annum
  • Role based full-time onsite at London Offices

Working for a Global Recruitment Consultancy with offices in London we are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their amazing Sales Team.

The role is permanent working full-time on-site in their London offices, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm. The closest tube station would be either Holborn or Covent Garden.

Duties for the role will include:

  • Compile all new contracts and rate changes and input on to a payroll system
  • Speak to candidates relating to payroll queries
  • Liaise with Payroll on various queries and keep candidates updated
  • Run weekly reports, including the trend report & consultants call stat log
  • Obtain Contractor compliance documentation
  • Create and send contracts to candidates
  • General administration duties and answering the telephone
  • Check and keep records of new contracts on a weekly basis
  • Open and distribute post on a daily basis
  • Ordering stationary when required

Skills and experience required:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Recruitment Industry or a Sales Environment where you are assisting with contracts
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong all-round administration experience
