SYR are looking to build our team and are searching for a senior recruitment consultant to join us as we continue to lead the way in shoreside maritime recruitment.
Founded in 2021, we provide exceptional recruitment services to the luxury, high performance and high-tech maritime sectors, working with anyone from a designer to a yacht broker, a laminator to a CEO with brands from across the globe. Bringing extensive experience in this space and with a wide-reaching global network of candidates and clients, we continue to be the choice of employers across our markets.
Joining SYR as a senior recruiter you'll be given the opportunity to work with a wide range of exciting projects, supporting startups and longstanding organisations with complex and exciting hires. We'll provide you with acess to all the latest recruitment systems and actively encourage you to be active across the marketplace both online and in person in order to build your own personal brand and develop a strong network. Working with our cutting edge CRM, you'll be able to accurately onboard and access our growing database, providing client and candidate with clear communication and being able to easily access candidate searches for building shortlists and mailshots.
In our senior recruiter we're looking for an experienced individual with a minimum of three years recruitment experience, ideally in a maritime setting though a background in skilled trades, engineering or design will also be considered. You'll be outgoing and keen to immerse yourself in our market and able to show clear proof of your career achievements to date including targets, billing achievements and more. We'll support your continued growth and work with you on defining what that looks like, helping you to achieve and exceed your goals.
