As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent in positions across various STEM disciplines. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Finance sector, understanding their business, culture, and specific talent requirements.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize your deep knowledge of the STEM landscape to identify, assess, and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients in the rapidly changing STEM landscape.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in Finance recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Finance sector, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong client management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR) are advantageous.
