What role are we hiring for?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our ever-expanding client base, supporting them by sourcing top tech talent to meet their hiring needs, so you can truly make a difference in the growth and success of these businesses.
Whether you're a 180 or 360 consultant, want to go into management, or would rather remain a billing consultant you will be given a personalised and extensive progression plan as well as industry-leading training and development from our internal L&D team to ensure you have every opportunity to reach your professional goals!
What do you need to be successful?
- Proven experience in a 180 or 360 role (tech experience would be a bonus)
- Hard working with the ability to work both individually and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of drive and resilience
- Skilled at building relationships and rapport
