Calco Recruitment Services for a fun and rewarding time, we are based in the heart of Croydon and have been specialising in Construction and Engineering Recruitment for over 30 years now. You will be joining a tight knit, yet dedicated team of recruiters who cover the following sectors:
- Building Construction
- Civil Engineering
- Highways & Infrastructure
- Utilities (gas, electrical, telecoms & water networks)
Our offices are based within seconds of East Croydon station and just a few minutes to West Croydon Station, so has excellent transport links with Overground, Trams and Bus networks accessible from all over London, if you are driving in we have private parking options, so all bases here are covered. Yes, this is an office based role but please do rest assured, we have a number of practices in place to help keep everyone safe and Covid free including socially distanced work stations, regular cleaning of desks, hand sanitisers etc.
Your new role:
You will be joining Calco to head up a warm desk covering the Utilities sector, so experience recruiting within this sector is vital. As a Senior Recruiter with previous recruitment experience we will not bore you with listing all the day to day duties required of you, but a working day typically involves (of course not limited to):
- Sourcing talent (using our extensive database, LinkedIn and other tools)
- Building, nurturing and maintaining relationships
- Working closely with clients to assist with their recruitment needs
What you’ll need to succeed:
In order to succeed and excel in your role here at Calco you will need to be focussed, target driven, resourceful and passionate about recruitment!
