360 Recruitment Role here at Milk Education:

The role is diverse and involves using business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from target markets to build and develop positive, lasting relationships.

· Network and build long-lasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments.

· Partner with schools to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.

· Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy to map the personal market.

· Track and identify prospective supply staff using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.

· Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

· Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and background checks.

· Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to schools.

· Offer guidance and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion

· Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key performance indicators.
