Expectations:
- Recruitment experience within Life Sciences
- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient mathematical capability
- Eloquent phone manner
Role responsibilities:
- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for junior-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
