Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will hunt for new clientele, assess client needs, conduct job role analysis, source candidates, screen applicants, shortlist qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and finalise the selection process.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting interviews and effective communication
- Strong recruiting skills and ability to assess candidate
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the recruitment industry and existing clientele
- Strong written and communication skills
