Base Salary: £65,000 (subject to experience and interim target)

Commission: 45% (increasing subject to targets)

Company Shares: Exercisable (share option pool, subject negotiation)

Minimum Requirement: Proven 360 recruitment experience

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will hunt for new clientele, assess client needs, conduct job role analysis, source candidates, screen applicants, shortlist qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and finalise the selection process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting interviews and effective communication
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to assess candidate
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the recruitment industry and existing clientele
  • Strong written and communication skills
