What are you looking for within your next role in recruitment. I am going to assume that a combination of the environment in which you work, money, training and the trust you are given are all going to be up there?

My client are a multiple award winning tech and marketing specialist agency who have an office based in Manchester.


In terms of the environment in which you work, last year they were voted the best recruitment company to work for and in the top 10 companies in the UK to work for. Naturally that means that staff satisfaction is very high, people genuinely enjoy work which is not always seen in the recruitment sector.


From a financial perspective you’ll receive a great base salary, which will naturally go hand in hand with your experience, but there are clear ways to keep improving your base. The commission structure is also done quarterly, meaning you have loads of time to make sure that you get deals done, and earn up to 30% comms.

You will receive regular training, that starts from the day you arrive and keeps going throughout your time at the company, ensuring that you have the best opportunity of making as many placements as possible.

As well as the training, you will be given full trust on the day you arrive. Trust here is not earnt but is given from the outset. You will be allowed to work however works best for you. Be that coming into an office where people actually enjoy working, working from home, or wherever it may be that suits you best.
