Boasting a directorship with over a decade in the industry, they bridge the gap between effective service and compassion to deliver the right results to their entire client base.
Based just on the outskirts of Brighton, they specialise in commercial recruitment to a wide range of SMEs, and are looking forward to an exciting and prosperous next few years.
What do they want?
As a result, they are now ready to make their first hire. They want someone with a footing in their chosen industry already, who may be unconvinced by the corporate world and who maybe looking to build something organically for themselves.
In short, if you feel you're good enough to go it alone, but still want a guaranteed salary, this is the job for you.
So, what skills do I need?
- Previous experience of 360 end-to-end recruitment
- Youve had experience working on targets
- Youre ambitious and driven by success
- IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Articulate, great at relationship building and able to communicate with a variety of people across all levels
- A driver's license and own vehicle
Anything else?
- It would be a huge bonus if you had experience in one of their specialisms - engineering, finance, construction, commercial or Legal
- A book of clients would be advantageous.
And what do I get in return?
- Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Commission structure up to 20% of all billings
