We are looking for a Senior RecruitmentConsultantto join our team in New York.

Initially this position will be base in our Headquarters, London but the goal is to move you, as well as at least 2 other team member out to the US in 2024.

We want to find a person who would like to relocate to New York and help us to build a team there.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant in London with recruitment experience ideally (though not necessarily) within technology verticals.

This is a very unique role because you will be able to grow your vertical in the USA while being based in the UK and then when you hit trigger points we will move you and the team out to USA and you will be the first Nicoll Curtin employees based in the USA.

We have sourced for US companies for last 6 years and have established a strong client base, we are now making the next step in moving a team to New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a billing position
  • Grow with our team of recruiters at varying levels
  • Understand the P&L of the office and provide forecasting figures to your manager
  • Being responsible for interviewing, hiring and frequent reviews of their performance
  • Create plans for your growth
  • Cover account management of our established clients where required
  • Consistently hitting your targets set and setting an example to members of the team
  • Win new accounts through leveraging existing relationships that we have in Ireland, UK and across the globe
  • Before and after you make the move to New York you will have ample support from our marketing teams, operations teams and finance teams. However, there are responsibilities such as choosing an office location, managing costs, revenue generation for the team and different relevant products that you will need to be heavily involved in

Skills / Experience:

  • A proven track record winning new accounts, ideally with the FinTech space
  • Be comfortable working at least3 days from the office and rest from home while in the UK. You will be involved in creating the WFH policy when you are in the US
  • A proven billing record, this role will be a 360 position, however you do have the option to use our resourcing team based in Serbia that can support you with candidate sourcing
