The Opportunity


We're seeking a seasoned 360 recruitment professional with a strong background in the Renewables/Social Housing sector, equipped with existing relationships and a robust network. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our presence in a new and expanding market, with the potential to build out a desk or even a team.


Although the role is based from our Leeds office, we offer hybrid working and are open to candidates living in the North East of the UK if they have a proven network in the renewables or social housing industry. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven success as a 360 recruitment consultant within the renewables or social housing market.
  • Established network of contacts within the industry.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
