Senior Recruitment Manager


THE ROLE:

  • Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process advertising roles, candidate selection and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
  • Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
  • Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting
  • Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
  • You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly


YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2 years of minimum 360' recruitment experience
  • proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment
  • excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written)
  • Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
  • MS Office skills
  • High level of self-motivation and stamina
  • Teamwork and international mindset
