Carter Rolan Group are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join the team on a full time permanent basis on site at their Birmingham Office (B3 1LH).
If you are someone who has a strong billing track record but is seeking much better commission splits and overall take home pay from your hard work, then we would love to hear from you!

Requirements (MUST)
- Strong billings (minimum we would look at is £100k per annum for junior candidates)
- Someone who can bring relationships with them
- Strong work ethic, determination and desire to succeed and exceed targets
- Personable
- Must be available to work in the offices (B3 1LH) Monday to Friday with some degree of flexibility on an adhoc basis
