Senior Regulatory Solicitor required for rewarding role with a well-regarded law firm in Leeds.
Our client is a full-service Yorkshire-based commercial law firm who are very well-regarded in the North. Their Regulatory group act for clients across the whole range of health and safety matters, covering a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, finance, healthcare and retail.
The team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive, FCA, Local Authorities, the Environment Agency and other regulatory enforcement bodies for breaches of health and safety, product safety, food safety, road safety and other related legislation.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. You will ideally have a minimum of 6PQE in Regulatory matters, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and enforcement. They would ideally like to bring in someone who also has advisory and advocacy experience within white collar fraud, financial compliance and with proven experience of investigations, inquests and inquiries..
