An exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor to join this busy firm in Leamington Spa.
This is a senior vacancy to run a small team with the potential to be Head of Department due to a retirement. You will manage a caseload encompassing:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
You will be able to demonstrate supervisory and management experience, client care, time management and organisational skills.
