We'd love to hear from you if you are passionate about Resourcing and have experience in the energy industry, though if you have out of industry experience we'd still love to hear from you.
In this role you would be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates within given functions and specialisms and within timescales. We would like you to be able to stand in for our Head of Resourcing during times of absence and to be able to mentor our Resourcers.

We'd like you to be educated to HNC level, be able to demonstrate your experience in in-house or agency recruitment in a variety of jobs (offshore & onshore trades would be particularly beneficial), whilst using various online channels.
