Senior Retail Operations Excellence Manager

  • Contract: Full Time
  • Location: London (2 days per week) and/ or European travel

We are working with an incredible Fintech organisation, who are looking for a Senior Retail Operational Excellence Manager, who has experience working with Field based Sales teams, to drive a high-performance sales culture. You will be partnering with one of the largest consumer electronics Retailers in Europe, in some of their most profitable regions! This is a brand-new role, within a function that is less than 12 months old, so the opportunity to really help build/ shape/ scale the department is huge.

This is a opportunity to step into a rapidly growing Fintech organisation, at the sharp end of the business. You will be reporting into the Senior Director, taking accountability for all Retail Operations, across some key territories/ markets in Europe, through the Field leads.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working closely with field-based sales leads, providing ongoing support, guidance and coaching to enhance performance, focusing on driving the team forward commercially, whilst enhancing the experience of customers and colleagues. You will regularly host meetings with the team, partners, and agencies to ensure performance metrics are being met, and any trends/ actionable insights are identified and actioned to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal person for the Senior Retail Operations Excellence Manager will:

  • Have led field sales operations within a Retail environment (Consumer Electronics would be amazing, though not essential)
  • Have experience managing a complex P&L
  • Be an excellent stakeholder manager, and communicate effectively at all levels from Advisor to Director
  • Be comfortable travelling to Europe monthly.
  • Ideally speak a secondary European language
  • Have experience managing a complex P&L
