Job Description

• Monthly WIP meetings with selected practice areas.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of revenue recognition to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage the effective collection of company revenue.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the firm.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets and consolidate financial reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the revenue of the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Revenue Controller should have:

• Proven experience in Revenue role within the legal sector.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in accounting software Elite 3e (desired)
• An ability to strategise and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
