Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Revenue Controller to join one of our prestigious, London-based law firm clients on a permanent basis. Our client, who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal results to their clients in real estate, private wealth and corporate sectors, are looking for the ideal candidate to come in and assume responsibility for revenue management across multiple practice groups.
- The general duties of the position will include:
- Monthly debtor meetings with allocated practice areas.
- Ensuring that all cash collection targets are achieved.
- Proactively and professionally engage with clients and fee earners.
- Assist the cashiers with the allocation of cash received against appropriate invoices.
- Ensure that all invoice payment transactions processed are compliant with SRA/AML rules.
- Reconciliation of payments received and investigating any errors.
- Process credit/debit card invoice payments.
- Monthly WIP meetings.
- Coordinating with Revenue Assistants and Biller to ensure invoices are raised in accordance with client agreements, firm policy, HMRC and SRA rules.
- Process invoice write offs in line with the firm's policies and VAT rules
- Assist in e-billing submissions.
