The Role: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Senior Sales Administrator to join our client’s flourishing Groundcare division. In this role, you will report directly to the Group Sales Manager, where you will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance, leading a team of Area Sales Managers, and ensuring our client surpasses their ambitious sales objectives. This position offers a unique chance to significantly contribute to the success of a leading dealership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers, overseeing CRM systems and collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal product offerings and customer support. Manage sales targets and budgets, implement marketing strategies, facilitate training programs, and lead regular sales meetings to drive performance and align with company goals. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales and/or people management, preferably within the machinery sector, with strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and a results-driven approach to managing and meeting sales targets.
