Job Description

Responsibilities Book and attend renewal meetings with clients, following the company’s renewal procedures and ensuring contract renewals are signedRecognise and seek opportunities to up/cross sell additional products and services that the business offersComplete Client Review Meetings on a regular basis with all clients and provide feedback to relevant colleaguesGenerate leads and gain referrals from new and existing clients for other areas of the businessEnsure valid Letters of Authority are held for your entire client base Prepare for meetings with clients by ensuring you have an adequate knowledge of the client’s business activities and you are familiar with the contents of the Energy contractsEnsuring all clients on your allocated list are contacted regularly via face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails to maintain the company profile, develop and maintain client relationshipsCirculating information gained on clients internally, to ensure colleagues are aware of relevant informationEnsuring the CRM system is fully updated and maintained with all client contact, including outcome of meetings and any follow up criteriaAttend to any customer queries or issues and liaise with Client Services to keep informedBe able to speak on the Energy markets with knowledge and expertise.
