Senior Sales Manager (Individual contributor) – London 3x days per week.This position is an individual contributor role, you will not be managing a team. How will you add value to their journey? Identify high-potential clients and prospects and cultivate a robust pipeline across diverse verticalsCraft and deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals for potential clientsBe part of a dynamic new business team supported by every other function within the businessPitch their solutions to prospective clients and co-build solutions with the client to fulfill their needsManage the sales process through to contract signing, including contract and commercial negotiationsExecute product and technical conversations with clients, coordinated with product and development teamsAlign delivery with the product and engineering functions to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to each client and influence the roadmap You will be successful if: You understand the BAAS space and are able to identify the needs of Embedded FinanceMinimum of 3-4 years within the payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury/ FX/ SAAS industryExperience of selling to clients’ verticals such as: Gaming / Gambling / Crypto / Affiliate Marketing / Financial Institutions / Merchants AcquirersMinimum of 7-10 sales/business development experience within SAASProven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against revenue targets Experience of successfully managing complex sales engagements with high value customers Comprehensive network of industry contactsIn-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends and innovative payments solutions Ability to create technical solutions mapping and implementation approach for a broad range of client needsA passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly, an opinion!
