•Broad commercial real estate transactions experience, including substantial commercial real estate finance experience;

- 4+ years prior experience in relevant practice, either in a large firm setting or in-house at a bank or payments company, or some reasonable functional equivalent industry knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have legal experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications in innovative technology fields such as the chemical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and/or medical device areas, with other mechanical, software and/or electrical device experience also considered. Experience with global patent portfolio management and foreign prosecution matters is desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventors to identify patenting strategies, and building and maintaining patent portfolios tailored to suit client needs.
