Would you like to work for an award-winning agency that prioritises work-life balance with 4-day weeks for a full-time salary?

Founded during the pandemic, SEOMG! has grown to a team of 15 people in less than four years, and was crowned ‘Best SEO Agency (under 25 staff)’ at the UK Search Awards.

As an agency, we offer hybrid working complete with flexible hours. So, you can work from home 1-2 times a week and work from our Palmeira Square (Hove) office — complete with sea views.

We have years of experience as SEOs and we know what it's like to be on the delivery team. That's why we built SEOMG! to do better by the experts we hire.

This includes:

  • Realistic resourcing - no burnout. We don't oversell. We only give our team 4 days' work a week and ensure accurate and fair scoping of work, while protecting time to help you and us grow.
  • Reducing busywork and admin. We have efficient processes and systems to let you focus on the work that you care about.
  • Working with integrity in a team of people you can trust. All our staff have time protected for mentoring and training to ensure everyone in the agency can be relied upon. We'll also never outsource work for you to deliver to clients.
  • And last but not least… 4-day weeks with flexible hours!

  • You feel comfortable managing and mentoring junior members of the team and sharing knowledge.
  • You are a clear communicator — both verbal and written.

  • You are passionate about SEO and understand the importance of organic search.
  • You work well individually and within a team.
  • You are not afraid to learn new things.
