The Service Delivery Manager role;
My client is looking for a professional with a background in technical support, including support of their SQL databases. The position will report in to the head of engineering and work closely with him to ensure all ITIL Service Delivery processes are aligned correctly, along with picking up roughly 10 technical tickets per day, which are very much orientated around SQL queries/joins/procedures, debugging them, or passing them back across to the development team to correct.
