My Cheshire Client based in the heart of Alderley Edge are now hiring for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their team of talented, like-minded engineers on a permanent basis. As the IT Support Engineer, you will carry out 2nd Line support amongst escalating issues to a 3rd Line support engineer. In this role you will be hands on with both hardware and software issues and also have the chance to get stuck in with exciting infrastructure projects and digital transformation projects.
This role is easily commutable via train and also offers free parking for candidates who drive!
Skills beneficial to your application for the Senior Support Desk Analyst role:
Previous experience in a technical support role
Confident with Microsoft Technologies Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint
Experience working in both On Prem and Azure environments
PowerShell scripting
Windows Servers 16-19
Active Directory administration
Firewalls: Cisco Meraki
Networking trouble shooting, LAN / WAN
