Job Description
Your role As The Senior Site Engineering Manager
You will oversee all aspects of the site’s critical physical infrastructure and ensure that all activities carried out on the site are of high quality and without a negative impact on internal/external customers. You will actively contribute to a standard way of operating the sites by complying with the standard and using a controlled change process to continuously improve the standard. Working closely with the Data Centre Manager, you will oversee the work carried out on the site, serving as a second level support for more complex issues.
What you’ll need
- 3-5 years’ experience working in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments within a large company
- Bachelor-level education in a technical/engineering field
- Experience in data centers or a similar environment is essential
- Knowledge of key infrastructure components of DCs (like UPS’s, Generators, and Cooling systems)
- Ability to read and preferably work with Electrical and Mechanical diagrams
- Experience with maintenance and maintenance systems
- ITIL and/or Service Now Experience is preferred but not essential
- Can prepare & present relevant information in front of all types of audiences
