Job Description
My client has recently secured projects in Modular build construction. We have been asked to supply a strong number one Senior Site Manager to help oversee a large installation Modular build project in East London.
This is a contract position starting as soon as possible and will run into 2024!
Senior Site Manager responsibilities:
-Managing Client and Consultants throughout projects.
- Day to day reporting
-Inspecting site and processed driven
- Solving all technical issues on site.
- Managing staff resource on site.
- Working with senior members to commercially manage projects.
- Managing H&S on site.
- Ensuring quality targets are met.
Senior Site Manager experience required:
-SMSTS / NVQ 6 CSCS and first Aid certified
- Minimum 10 years career experience.
- Experience of leading projects up to 10m in value
-Working with Tier 1 contractors
- Good planning, design and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong reporting skills.
