Job Description
Our client a South east based External Facades Contractor currently seek an experienced Senior Site Manager for one of their projects in Glasgow, Scotland.
The work itself will consist of an upgrade to some student accommodation which involves taking off an old Render system and replacing with new Render in parts and Re Cladding.
It is essential that you hold: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and can provide excellent work references from similar work undertook
Duties will include:
* Managing the site program to ensure delivery on time
* Looking after sub contractors and labour
* Liaising with company Directors on project status
* Project management paperwork
* Attending site and client meetings
* All other associated tasks as instructed
This is a near to immediate start for the right candidate and will be set to run for at least 18 months.
