Our client is a specialist design and build contractor who specialise in different sectors across their projects. Some of these projects include new builds, refurbishments, conversions and specialist basements.
They have a new exciting project to start in April 2023 to start in the heart of Kensington, London.
This project will entail the demolition of two existing residential units, and a conversion into one luxury residential building.
They are looking to for an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to come in and head up this project.
Duration is 45 weeks.
Monday – Friday, with possible Saturdays further down the line.
Criteria:
- SMSTS, CSCS and first aid
- Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager on a similar type project
- Previous experience within a design & build contractor
- Demo and groundworks experience
- Shell & core experience
- Ability to manage and lead operatives on a day to day basis
