THE ROLE
As a Senior Account Manager at Wilderness, you will lead a team of social experts, fostering growth through coaching and listening while ensuring top-tier client management. Reporting to the Head of Client Services and working with senior leadership, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service and drive client satisfaction.
Your role involves overseeing daily project operations, providing fresh ideas in client interactions, and confidently steering communication to achieve results. You'll coordinate internal teams and external clients, using your strategic skills to manage projects, handle senior-level discussions, and support the agency's growth and excellence.
