The Role Scope
Deliver the MandM Direct tone of voice for the brand in a credible and consistent manner
Deliver the social media strategy as implemented by the Social Media Manager
Work closely with the wider brand team to develop creative assets
Monitoring social trends that MandM Direct can leverage
Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled post
Deliver day-to-day reactive and proactive comments on all key social media channels
Use analytical platforms to monitor and evaluate the success of social media activity
Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure correct products are being promoted throughout
Audit, monitor, and report regularly on social performance.
About You
Have a passion for all things social media
Have experience working in a social media role, ideally with previous line management experience
Have proven experience in an online environment
Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok
Flexibility towards out-of-hours and unsociable hours.
