This role is a full-time position based in Manchester.

We have an international team of 35 based across our HQ in Manchester, UK, and in Europe (Skopje). We’re expanding our service fast around the world with our next office opening in New York City, in 2024. We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join our team.

This great opportunity will allow you to work directly with the CMO, Brand Marketing Manager, and spend time with the Founders of a fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to travel and attend motivating offsite events.  

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident person who is keen to develop their skills within social media, content creation, and marketing. You must have a go-getter attitude with a positive and hard-working nature.

About you? 

  • You must be a very organised person
  • You must have 2+ years minimum experience in managing company socials
  • You have experience working across different social media platforms 
  • You must have experience in creating content for online social distribution
  • You must have a good understanding of LinkedIn and a keen interest in learning how to utilise and optimise the platform 
  • You must have an understanding/keen interest in personal branding 
  • You must have experience with creating social graphics via Canva and other applications
  • Previous experience with video editing software (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools) and video codecs/format 
  • You must have a keen interest in creating compelling social captions and thumbnails
  • Passionate about building strong communities online
  • A creative person who enjoys thinking outside of the box

Job duties: 

  • Fully manage the company’s social media presence, across all social platforms from start to finish. LinkedIn is the main platform of focus, whilst distributed content across all other platforms.
  • Manage and support the Founders with their personal branding content, ensuring content is distributed consistently week-on-week. 
  • Support the wider team with LinkedIn posts to ensure brand alignment.
  • Improving the visibility and status of the company brand via social media
  • Consistently looking for opportunities to create engaging, community-focused content that converts 
  • Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer to execute out of the box social content. 
  • Storytelling through content creation, editing, transitions and copywriting
  • Working with the full team to create new content on a consistent basis
  • Chop and edit video footage, audio, and graphics to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
  • Studying LinkedIn as a platform through news, updates, webinars, courses, etc. 
  • At the forefront of all social media updates. 
  • Ability to get involved in other marketing tasks/projects.
