Position: Senior Software Engineer
Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus, pension, flexi holidays and more
Location of office: Fully Remote Working
The Role: Our client is continuing to grow their technology team which is focused on the development of new, cutting edge autonomous vehicle platforms and software tools. These projects are truly unique and will set the industry standards moving forward. They are happy for people to take on this role on a remote basis and also happy to welcome people to one of their state-of-the-art offices if preferred.
The successful Software Engineer will be joining a team design environment so strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other engineers is crucial. You can expect to be involved in the full design life cycle of a host of new projects and should be keen to see projects through to completion.
Skills and Experience Required
Java programming
Software Architecture and design
Azure of AWS cloud platforms
CI/CD pipelines
Your focus will be to work as part of a team to build a continuous integration and delivery pipeline making use of the existing toolchain. You can expect your role to involve:
Take on responsibility for the overall architecture of the pipeline, including requirements definition, design and implementation.
As part of an international agile team, you coordinate activities with the product owner, product architects, product management and colleagues worldwide.
Share the responsibility for the implementation of the software delivered by the team, supporting other team members and participating in peer reviews.
Provide technical content for the product documentation.

Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP)
AUTOSAR and related tools
Experience working with container technologies e.g. Docker
