  • Demonstrable experience of integrating complex systems - including APIs, Databases (both SQL and NoSQL), asynchronous & event-driven systems.
  • Capable of developing automated test suites from a unit & functional level.
  • Database design & query knowledge, specifically around large scale modifications, batching, safe query design. Ideally in MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.

You'll be joining a newly created team at the beginning of its journey and will be given the opportunity to make your mark, innovate and improve the end-to-end business operation.

You’ll also be joining a culture which revolves around getting things done. The teams deliver within small, fully autonomous product teams using a cutting edge stack in a best-idea-wins meritocracy.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Design and develop internal applications, automated workflows, and operations tasks.
  • Develop APIs for systems to enhance their self-service capabilities.
  • Work closely with our head of architecture, customer experience, finance, and operations teams to identify pain points and eliminate toil.
  • Design & build user interfaces using Retool and frontend frameworks such as React, enabling non technical staff to do their jobs more efficiently.
  • Maintain, observe, and improve internal tools and processes.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, turning them into technical outcomes.
  • Hybrid | 2 days in the office based in Manchester city centre
  • Share options
  • Individual L&D Budget
  • Professional accreditation funding
  • Charity days

If you're up for a really exciting challenge, and want to join one of the most exciting Manchester tech companies in the market, apply today!
